About Us

Ashley opened our center in January 2023. After working and updating the building her goal was to provide the best care for children possible and offer any services she could. She had previous experience as an administrator and decided it was time to take a leap of faith and open her own center. She is so grateful to be able to work with the children and our families. This has truly been a blessing and she looks forward to continuing to serve the community with care!

What do we provide?

Alongside quality childcare, we provide parents with a sense of security while they are away from their children.

We provide all meals (Breakfast, Lunch, & Snack) We are an OHIO Healthy Program, which means we focus on creating healthy habits, menus, policies, and family engagement in childcare our center to prevent childhood obesity.
We are one of Ohio's first 50 Inclusive Child Care Programs. This means that we are a part of a new statewide initiative that promotes Resources, Opportunities, and Meaningful Inclusion through Support and Education.

Our Mission

To provide each child with a creative, caring learning environment. We strive to give children the best education and prepare them for their futures in school, not only academically but emotionally as well.

We strongly believe when parents and teachers work together for the benefit of the child it can make a tremendous difference. We will work with you and your child to best prepare them for their future education. We keep parents up to date on educational assessments and support families by keeping up to date on medical and dental providers. We work with many resources in the community to ensure each child is getting the help that they need.

More than just a Daycare!

At Stepping Stones I like to tell parents that we are so much more than a "normal daycare". There are many things we do to help the children become the best students they can be. We assess your where your child is at educationally and our teachers work the goals set by the assessments into their lesson plans. We also complete other assessments including speech, behavioral, and growth assessments. We implement Social Emotional activities throughout our lessons and help the students understand strong emotions and learn to control their reactions to them. We work with the parents to inform them of milestones that their child achieves and set new goals for them. We also help parents get the resources they need to best help their child and family.
